I've been sick for 5 days, and somehow spent the morning looking through old progress pictures. I'm even more antsy to get back into my workout routine. I was really proud of myself for my consistent workouts through Thanksgiving up to leaving for Christmas. A two week lapse in exercise, good nutrition, and a cold to knock me completely off the wagon.
Truth, I've had a major fitness backslide this summer. I've been in a lot of sweaters and my pants from last winter don't fit. It's not the best feeling. I'm out of shape and I'm ready to do something about it.
